When you enter our practice you will find Alissa at the front desk. Alissa enjoys helping patients schedule appointments, understand their insurance benefits, answering any questions they may have and have the best experience at our office. Alissa has experience in customer service and in the dental field. When Alissa is not at the office you might find her camping, out on a walk with her dog, or spending time with family and friends.  

As a dental assistant for over 6 years I have ventured out in many areas. First beginning in Pedo and then the longevity of this field I have worked in Orthodontics. Finally now I have moved into General dentistry. I love to serve others, it’s who I am, it’s my part of my character. Furthermore my other qualities are not solely in dentistry. I have a desire to take care of those I love plus continue to serve where I am needed along with a love for baking. Also I believe that I have a talent for decorating. In enclosing I keep high standards in any area that I put my hands to.

Graduated MATC Dental Hygiene program in 2018, after practicing elsewhere for a few years has found her home at Willow Dental. Her favorite part of her job is interacting with and getting to know patients; and making the dental chair a fun place to be! Her passions in life are spending time with her family and friends, boating, cooking, and traveling to make memories!

Whether she’s helping you schedule appointments, navigate insurance benefits, or ensure you’re as comfortable as possible, Terri is a jack-of-all-trades who is thrilled to provide you with an unparalleled dental experience. Her customer service background shines through as she welcomes patients and makes them feel right at home at Willow Dental. When she’s not enhancing your visit, Terri enjoys a busy life with her husband, son, and daughter. She looks forward to seeing your smile soon and encourages you to say hello at your next appointment!

As the Lead Dental Assistant here at Willow Dental, Leah is passionate about providing patients with personalized care in a down-to-earth environment. With over 20 years of chairside experience, Leah knows what it takes to make sure each and every smile gets the quality treatment they need. When she’s not strengthening your grin, Leah loves to spend her time with her three kids. She also enjoys cooking for her family and working with her rescue horse, Misty!

Get to know Alex, one of our awesome Hygienists! Alex graduated from MATC’s Dental Hygiene program in 2016 and has been working at Willow Dental ever since. As a lifelong resident of New Berlin, Alex loves to see some familiar faces in the chair! One of her favorite things about the job is getting to establish patient relationships each and every day. In her spare time, Alex enjoys cooking, spending time up north, hanging out with friends and family, and snuggling with her dog and four cats!

With over 12 years of experience in the dental field, Jenny brings sharp knowledge and expertise to her loyal patient base. Jenny has been both an assistant and a hygienist and is well rounded when it comes to understanding the ins-and-outs of the patient experience. After graduation from the MATC Dental Hygiene program in 2015, she chose to join the Willow Dental team in 2020 and has been loving it ever since. When she’s not improving your smile, Jenny spends time with her husband, daughter, family, and friends. She looks forward to taking care of your oral hygiene needs soon!

Ross graduated from UW-Milwaukee in 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration and is looking to start developing his career in the field of Dentistry! He was a chef at a restaurant for almost 9 years during high school and college. Ross still loves to cook and enjoys sharing his culinary expertise with friends and family. When Ross is not at work you can find him at home in the kitchen, outside by the grill with a cold refreshment, on the golf course with multiple cold refreshments, and with friends. Ross enjoys almost any activity with friends and family! One of his favorite things to do is take a quick weekend trip to Door County with his girlfriend to enjoy food, wine, and various activities!
